Hit and Run Kensington Street in Philadelphia Halloween real life horror show

Some viewers might consider the video disturbing. Yesterday, on Halloween, I tuned into OMG Live TV on YouTube.

For those who are not aware, there are about seven live cameras set up along Kensington Street in Philadelphia, highlighting the tranq epidemic. While observing camera 7, I witnessed police officers rousing an individual who was under the influence of tranq. The man managed to get up, staggered to the curb, and ultimately collapsed on the roadside, as depicted in the video. The subsequent events are quite shocking.

Administrator Milgram stated, “Xylazine poses the most significant drug threat our nation has ever encountered, making fentanyl even more lethal.” The DEA has reported seizing mixtures of xylazine and fentanyl in 48 out of 50 states. According to the DEA Laboratory System, in 2022, around 23% of fentanyl powder and 7% of fentanyl pills confiscated contained xylazine.
