I had a negative experience with Walmart in Plymouth. Last August, I placed a pick-up order for food and encountered significant issues. Despite waiting for two hours, the staff informed me that they were too busy and suggested that I either return tomorrow or cancel my order. Disappointed by the lack of service, I not only did not receive my food but also lost $17, which was supposedly refunded but never reached me.
In September, I decided to give it another try and placed another order. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that 15 items were missing. My attempts to contact the store were in vain as no one answered the phone, and I was informed that all the phones in the store were broken.
Eventually, after reaching out to Walmart’s customer service line, I was able to obtain a refund for the missing items. However, the entire experience was extremely unsatisfactory. I advise against using Walmart’s pick-up service in Plymouth, MA. The lack of assistance and management at this location is appalling.
